Kevin Hart was pulled over on the 101 Freeway driving a black Mercedes and after being unable to pass sobriety tests, was arrested by the California Highway Police at around 4:30 in the morning on Apr. 14.Kevin Hart Arrested For Driving Under The Influence
The California Highway Police stated that Kevin was “driving erratic,” going nearly 90 miles per hour, and that he “almost collided with a gas truck,” according to TMZ.When Kevin was pulled over by the CHP, he showed “objective signs of intoxication” and was unable to perform the field sobriety tests. He was taken to the local jail and booked at around 6 AM. He was charged with a misdemeanor DUI and is being held on a $5,000 bond.
Kevin is a huge star and one of our favorites — he can’t be getting into trouble like this! Up until now his record has been clean though, so hopefully this is a one-time thing and he’ll be able to get back on the right track.
