You know what, I’m not even going to try to explain what the hell exactly happened Friday night on Twitter. First, TMZ reported Lil’ Wayne damn near died
– which apparently wasn’t the case – and then Gucci Mane announced Waka
Flocka was no longer apart of 1017 to the surprise of just about anyone
who paid attention to the clique’s moves.Maybe it was because Waka never fed into Gucci’s antics of calling out damn near every Atlanta MC to have some sort of relevance. Perhaps it was all an an elaborate ploy to pay attention to the fact Guwop would drop not one, but two, mixtapes in one night.
Who knows? I don’t know, and quite frankly don’t care. This rap game is all turning into the WWF in the late ’90s anyway. Plus, all I know is this, Flockaveli, was by far, the hardest album to resonate from Gucci’s camp. Ever. That’s right, I went there.
Update: Gucci Mane’s rep says he was hacked.
